Studio unit includes: King size bed, queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom (shower only) and walk in closet. Southwestern facing balcony with amazing sunset views! Items Provided Fully equipped kitchen Linens: towels, beach towels, comforters / blankets, sheets, etc. 2 Beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler, and 1 beach cart Bikes (2) are available for use during your stay. 1 Men and 1 Women Electra 7 Cruisers. This is a non-smoking property and unit. No pets allowed on property. Best for 2 adults. Main guest making reservation must be over age 25. ID required.

Important Update: The Beach and Tennis Club is in the process of revitalization after Hurricane Ian. We’re thrilled about the upgrades ahead! Please keep in mind that some amenities—like tennis, pickleball, and the onsite restaurant—are temporarily unavailable. But don’t worry! You can still bask on the beach and splash in the two onsite heated pools at Buildings 2 and 4. We do ask our guest to sign a Rental Agreement 48 hours after receipt to protect all parties. You’re not obliged to sign anything. If you are not comfortable with it, you can decline to sign it and cancel your reservation without a cancellation penalty.

Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Little Hickory Island Beach Park and Bonita Beach Park, with its sand dunes. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Everglades Wonder Gardens features orchids, parrots and reptiles. Naples and Fort Myers Beach is a short drive. Free parking onsite. Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jacks Grill is in walking distance. We had a wonderful week long stay at Rebecca's condo. The location is perfect (short walk to the beach) and the condo was stocked with everything we needed including a couple of beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Plus, having access to the bikes was great since we love to ride as well. The beach here is excellent for walking and the sunsets each night were amazing. The condo is tastefully decorated, very clean, and the perfect size for a couple or small family. The screened patio is fantastic especially in the morning and at night when the cool breeze is blowing. We did not use the two pools on site but they looked very nice. There are two great restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Rebecca was extremely responsive if we had any questions and the instructions for the condo were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend the condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

10/10 would recommend staying at Rebecca’s Sandy Feet Retreat in Bonita Springs. Bonita Springs was a beautiful place and to be able to stay at such a nice welcoming place made our first time visiting Bonita Springs that much better. Rebecca is a great host and gave plenty of recommendations for food and sights to see!

I can only say good things about our stay. My wife and I wanted a short get away and found Rebcca's condo. This was such a great place. It was better than what was described. The pools were open and beautiful, and every restaurant was open. The beach across the street was awesome and the sunsets were beautiful. The condo is decorated beautifully. The view from the deck was incredible. We look forward to staying again soon. Everything was 5 X 5.

This was definitely a 5 star stay! The host was exceptional. She was always friendly and quickly responsive to my messages. She also went the extra mile with a few special requests from us. The unit is across the street from the beach, as advertised. You can definitely watch the sunset from the balcony. If you want to get the best experience for the sunset, just walk across the street and enjoy it from the beach like we did. It is definitely worth it! The unit is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. We love to cook, and the kitchen was very convenient and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We really have no complaints at all about this place. One thing that made our trip even better is the supply of beach gear provided. There is a beach cart that you can take to the beach and you will have chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach towels. Also coolers & tote bags. Every detail was thought of in this regard!
